This policy describes how NEC Pocket Toolbox ("the app"), published by LumenArc LLC, handles information. Short version: your work data stays on your device, and the app only shares what's needed to run ads, sign-in, and purchases through standard Google services.
The app stores the content you create locally on your device, including estimates, invoices, price lists, custom job templates, panel schedules, study/exam progress, certification records, and uploaded reference files. This data does not leave your device unless you explicitly share it (for example, sharing a PDF estimate by email or text). Uninstalling the app deletes this local data.
You may optionally sign in with a Google account via Firebase Authentication to enable certain features. When you sign in, we receive your basic account identifier (name, email, and account ID) solely to operate those features. We do not sell this information.
The free version of the app displays ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and process device information such as advertising ID, IP address, and coarse device data to serve and measure ads, as described in Google's policies. You can reset or limit your advertising ID in Android settings. Users who purchase PRO receive an ad-free experience.
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment card details; Google provides us only with purchase state needed to unlock features.
The app uses Google Firebase for authentication and limited backend features (such as optional analysis functions you explicitly invoke). Data sent to these services is processed per Firebase's privacy documentation.
The app is a professional trade tool intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13.
Local data is removed by clearing app storage or uninstalling. To request deletion of any account-linked data, contact us at the email below with the Google account you used to sign in.
We may update this policy as the app evolves; material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
